hello my baby turning 6 month I already started veggies friut n cereal bt she facing constipation she wil do motion daily bt with a lot of pressure even it's motion too hard wat to do

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. constipation in children is quite common and can be corrected by diet changes . Give plenty of water and other fluids like buttermilk juice to baby .
Include fibre rich food items like fruits papaya , banana and green leafy vegetables spinach, carrot in baby diet .
Can use glycerine suppository for immediate relief from hard stools . so can s. d
