Hello.. my baby is 22 month old she has total of 12 teeths. but she has not get lower right leteral incisor yet.. is there anything to worry about that.. please guide me Thank you.

consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the unerupted teeth..
usually till by this age all incisors erupt..
start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

No there is no problem at all because it is going to happen by the age of three as basically I was like to tell you as of now the entire set of teeth can be there by the age of three years currently there is no problem associated with that so need not worry about
