hello ! my baby is 2 months 13 days old. His weight is 5 kg and is on breastfeeding exclusively. he urinates frequently, and pass motions very frequently in small amount throughout the day. motion is sticky, greenish. It looks like he has to apply pressure while pooping and seems very uncomfortable. Is it ok ?
