#asktheexpert hi my baby is 5 months old and he is 5 kg. her birth weight was 2 kg. I'm exclusively breastfeeding her but confused that breastmilk is sufficient or not. kindly help.

Upto her age of six months, BM is enough and the best food for her.
To improve BM
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
mom should Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
Mom should use more probiotics and millets in her diet.
You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk for four weeks.
