Hello My baby is 19 months old his wt is 11 kg since last night he has a high fever 102.8 I have given paracetamol 5 ml but is no relive due to high fever he started vomit also

A. hi. .reoeartge right donse for pcm again in every 4 to 6 hoyrs, give irs,waterto feed if he vomit all food n water every tine u may give 5 ml syp vomikibd
