my son is suffering with fever from last night 102 temperature and he is having Shiver also giving paracetamol 7 ml please suggest advice

A. If your child is shivering also that means your child is feeling really very cold despite of the medicines that you are giving I would suggest you to please check with your doctor they’ll tell you which paracetamol would be more appropriate to be given during this time also do cold sponging that will help
