Hello. My Baby Boy is 7 and half month old. Can I give him Paneer? Which Paneer? How to give him? puree form or direct?

Yes u can give paneer to ur baby. It is rich in calcium good for strong bones and teeth.
Give homemade paneer to ur baby made from cow milk or buffalo milk.
