My 5 months old daughter has pooped 6 times today (yellow to green in colour, partially liquid with poppy seeds like texture), usually she poops once or twice a day. Previously she pooped once in three days.
She is on breastmilk and formula(three times a day).
My concern is, is she having loose motions?
Kindly guide me.
Note: she is also teething and mouthing.
