Hello, My 4 months old is having such white dots on skin and it is spreading day by day. What can be the reason and how to treat it?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he is getting white millets on his skin then it’s not a serious problem but just keep him airy and apply candid powder two times a day
