hello.my 3 year 5 month old boy's upper incisor teeth are getting broken by itself into small pieces. one upper incisor teeth have been broken out upto gums level. he is not able to bite an apple .what is the cause of this?plzz suggest what to do next.

A. can be due to calcium zinc d3 vitamin deficiency It is very difficult to comment on the current situation without examination of the baby so it is advised to consult with your nearby doctor would examine him and advise you with proper further management
