hello my 3 months old son got scars,redness and swelling on his face and hands

It could probably be due to cold in the region sometimes when it is cold some kids can have this kind of a problem currently I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion or coconut oil otherwise if you want you can also consult your doctor for further assistance
