hello, My 13 months old baby is not eating anything. Motion passage is good if he eat anything. I have given woodwards and Aristozyme also.. But still no use. Please suggest

A. kindly visit the doctor who will tell whether the child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency or not and accordingly steps can be taken and do not give the medicines you are giving without medical consultation
