Q.

Hello mommies I hv been breastfeeding since birth now my baby is 10 months. She’s on solid food now sometimes I breastfeed her. From yesterday my one side of breast become hard n painful even after feeding n pumping out still hard what can be the cause??

A. hi most probably it should be result of engorgement so I advise to take hot shower or warm water bath which give relief in pain. please wear loose fitting Cotton clothes try to offer feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours or pump out milk at 2-3 hours Gap.
