Diet :- it is advisable to continue our efforts in feeding the child will stop many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child but at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite
it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wwheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child

Ma’am Maybe a child is not liking the test of vegetarian food that you are giving to the child which is why your child is taking too much of time also try to give really small small bites of food to the child so that your child cannot store it into the mouth for a longer time and if your child is fond of non-veg then try to give more of non-vegetarian or vegetarian
