Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also please have Shatavari powder with cow milk twice day. and hve somed meethi seeds early in the morning and also increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products.
