A. First of all dont depressed keep patience . since you have c section so you canyt do any exercise up to 3 to 6 month.wo till then keep yourself well hydrated add more and more fruits b veghies in your diet. eat oats daliya milk yil methi curd it will help to increse bresst milk as well as reducd your weight.
