hello meri beti ka first teeth aa gya h but second teeth abhi tk nhi nikla first teeth ko almost 1 month se jayada ho gya h pls bataiye kya itni late hi nikalte h baby ke sare teeth

The baby development cycle is different and same applies on teething. If babies teething already started then you should not worry all teeth will come soon. You should start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething. Give it twice a day.
