Hello meri beti 3 years old hai usko cold n cough hai fever bhi tha lekin wo ab do din se fever thik hai par cold n cough thik nahi ho rha hai bash gya hai aur kch kha bhi nahi Rahi hai

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing.
paracetamol for fever and pain
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger hdoney diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give water at frequent intervals
For wet coudghing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
