hello meri beti 23 month ki hai o 6, 7 word hi bolto hai or jb hum usse bath krte hai to o usse repite nahi krti agar khuch action. bolo to jat se krto hai word bhi jo acha lagta hai o bolto hai agar humne bola ye word bolo to o nahi bolti

A. Speech is very important milestone every parent wait for it desperately, At age of 1 year child talks 3 to 5 meaningful words,and 3 years baby started framing sentence, If not so must consult physically with ent specialist for hearing assessment and neurologist for neurodevelopment.

Ok In this case you should also check is your child making an eye contact with you when you are trying to talk to your child and all because this is a very important house is your child responding well to its name or not because of all these things are proper then speech and action can be there by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years otherwise you should get a check with the psychologist ones
