A. Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms a proper physical examination needs to be done by your doctor to get the appropriate treatment suggestions afafter clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment herelike this. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and syimptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .
