hello meri beti 1.9yrs old hai...she don't lik egg...please mujhe baby weight gaining ke liye food items and food chart bataye

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. If your child does not like egg, then give protein sources like pulses, milk and milk products. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to every meal.
