in the age of five month babies have usually head and palms warmer than the rest of the body so if the baby is having no other issue should not worry

You should measure the body temperature of her using thermal scanner.

If temperature is 100F or more it's considered as fever.

Keep.her hydrated

If she's more than six months of age , one spoon of Lukewarm water every hour in the day time can be given

(don't wake her up though)

Don't use RO water
Paracetamol drops can be given if it's high fever for.long
