babies suffer with loose motion during teething phase due to stomach infection as they tend to put everything in mouth to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.
so please try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child to prevent such problems

if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
if necessary please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
