Hello...mere 6 saal ke bete ka neck ki skin bhut dark ho rhi h ..jbki uska colour complexion fair h.. kya reason ho skta h

It Probably the dirt that’s accumulated into that area who just need to clean that area very properly with a soap also I would like to tell you if you want you can just clean it with raw milk regularly I think that is going to hell because it is going to help in cutting out the tanning from that area
