hello mera baby 7 month ka hai isko khasi and zukaam tha but no fever phir dr k pass liye unhone xray rakha toh xray pai dr ne bola pneumonia hai but fever nhi aaya phir mera baby admit tha antibiotics chale and phir yai letest xray kiya but mere baby ko fever nhi aaya bas zukaam and khasi thi is this was really pneumonia or not ab letest xray ko dekh k dr ne bola yai thymus hai

Mam if your doctor is advising it is pneumonia it must have been but as of now with the x-ray report that you have posted a doctor would be available shortly to go through it and they can confirm whether it was pneumonia or not and it is not necessary that always fever would come with an infection sometimes it doesn’t even come
