hello ...meara baby 20 month ka hai usko birth se hi skin problem hote rehti hai ....aur skin bhi black ho rhi hai ..kya kare..?

Ant rashes, Allergy, itching, dryness !!
Give adequate water, fluids, fruits and vegetables, healthy diet .
Nutritional deficiencies or less intake of fluids, water , vitamin deficiency might be reason.
If not diet related consult Dermatologist about skin.
Do milk cream malai massage before bath and use lotion/moisturizer after bath.
