ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist1 Year agoA. hi mom this is gestational diabetes which can be treated through diet please consult a qualified dietitian i see such cases hence advising you you sugar post meals should be less than 130 and fasting less than 100

At different stages it could be different so it is little dependent from time to time so I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor for this concern 160 is still on the higher side I believe further your doctor would be able to give you correct guidance on the situation
