Madam the food that we eat every day plus good amount of proteins are best for the child make sure to avoid giving outside food and cold food to the child which has cold directly from the refrigerator before giving a healthy diet plus start with a multivitamin and get a blood test done for your child it could be a possibility of an allergy or viral that your child is suffering from
