Q.

Hello mam , My csection delivery happen nov 27 then jan 2nd May first period start for 5 days then after Jan 14 again period started then after till now no periods is this normal mam ?

A. yes as your breastfeeding ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
