Q.

Ma'am I have 8 month old baby I have pcod before my pregnancy my period was not regular but after my baby birth my period came in month but every cycle come after 1 week. like came In 7 Jan then next month came 14 month like that.

A. you should lose weight. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
