Hello Mam my baby is 21 months and she didn’t teeth on the jaws both sides is this okay or any problem mam

A. hi well , kids get set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years. so you may wait give calcium rich diet to the child . and provide sunlight exposure for 20 minutes a day.
