You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese
You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
