Hello mam meri delivery ho k 8days hue hain meri ye second delivery hai c section se back pain bahot horaha hai jaldi palatne aur uthne nhi ata

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, abhi sirf 8 days hi hue hai c section ko. Toh abhi thoda dard to rahega ho. Aap apni medicines time se letee rahiye. Apne supplements jaise Calcium , iron. , vitamin etc bhi time se lete rahiye.
Doctor ko bhi consult jar sakte hai agr zyada problem ho toh.
