Once the baby turns one year old, he should be given whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, cheese and butter. The daily milk consumption should not exceed 500 ml including milk products. Try offering fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. You are giving curd, that is great. Offer milk in a sipper or give colourful straws or quirky mugs to attract the attention of the kid.

See Milk has its own importance as you know along with four so you should try to feed your child at least 4 to 5 times in a day with at least you know 200 ML of milk at one point of time so that will come up to 1 L of milk on an every day basis that’s going to be very very healthy
