this occurs when gas in stomach 
Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp 
Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only 
Don't overfeed ur baby 
Keep a watch on urine output 
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day

hello spitting or vomiting curdle milk is normal and just burp the baby after every feed and also check on your diet as it can affect your baby tummy and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe
