A. first of avoid taking stress. start your day with zeera water. drink 6-7 glasses of water in a day. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat. replace normal roti with multi grain atta. if possible do some work out. breast feed more. avoid all types of oily snacks and sugary drinks.
