hello mam , mam Maine baby ko Sept me birth diya but ab tk mere periods ni aaye Kya ye sahi h ?iski wajah se Mera weight bahut Jada ho raha h Kya kre?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. The bacon is not because of not getting your periods but rather to do the hormonal changes and also the breast-feeding. You can wait even up to one year after giving birth for the periods to come spontaneously and meanwhile keep using contraceptionWrite Your Answer Here

Irregularities in periods are very common after delivery. It all depends on hormonal changes. Few moms get their periods immediately even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year of delivery. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding. Clarify all your concerns about this with your doctor and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
