Hello mam i was just wondering that i have delivered a twins girl but my breast feeding is not satisfying them so is it ok to use those breast pumps for the good milk supply?

Ma’am I would like to clear a doubt for you that breast pump is good to be used if you have good amount of feeding because then the more you express the body is going to make accordingly but it is a misconception that if you have no milk supply and use your breast pump the milk supply is going to increase it’s not like that you should have a good lactation supplement so that your boost is going to increase and if needed please check with the doctor and start formula alongside
