hello mam i want to know about my 2 year old baby skin she has elergy on her face and not treated by any moisturizer what to do plz suggest me or i have to consult any skin specialist for this?

A. hi which kind of allergy ? is there dryness , irritation , pus ,water blister , red patches ?? kindly elaborate how it looks like ,if there is itching,swelling or not
