Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi, Hairfall post pregnancy is common, it happens because of hormonal imbalance. You may consult a dermatologist for the same. At home Massage your hair every time before hair wash. Try to use little amla water also. Use a good anti-Hairfall shampoo and conditioner. Have a balanced nutritional diet. Also check with your doctor if any supplements like calcium iron vitamin are needed.
