Hello mam, I am 23 weeks pregnant. I am taking dinner at 8pm and 1 apple at 10pm , and next day breakfast at 9:30AM. Is that much gap between dinner and breakfast ok ? or my baby feels hungry?

A. you take apple after dinner.. fruit should be at bed time or on afternoon.. after taking dinner take a glass of milk.. with mother Horlicks or mama protinex.. in the morning you can take tea with biscuits, or a glass of milk, then later around 9.30am you can take break fast.. or soak some almonds overnight and peel and have in morning first..
