hello mam.. can u pls help me regarding breastfeeding

Hello My baby is 4 months old and I am breast feeding her but the flow is too much and I get continues pain on my breast due to extra storage and many times the milk gets leak from one side while I am feeding her from other side. Also I am using a breast pump to get the extra milk out but still it pains after that... soo please help me in this situation...
