Siri I think sometimes when the eyes and nose is having water that’s mostly due to excessive sneezing or cold and if your child got hurt hurt on the head then you should get a check with your doctor I would not recommend you to try to self diagnose it just get a check with your doctor to be more sureWrite Your Answer Here
