Hello Mam After delivery, I started feeling back pain and nerves pain. Is there any regular yoga exercise that can help with the nerves pain?

A. after delivery back pain can be relieved by doing oil massage for about 1 month regularly which has much more benefits along with daily walking and you can take syrup dashmularist two tablespoon with equal quantity of warm water twice daily for one month
