Q.

I am one month old baby mom, I do Brest feeding, I have shoulder, upper and lower back pain and hip pain can someone suggest yoga or some exercise to reduce it ??

A. hi mom u need to start exercising after consultation with your gynecologist as u r just one month post partum .. u need to consult with physiotherapist .. take care
