have a well balanced meal . avoid long gap between the meals. have snack and frequent meals.
drink enough water intake .
continue taking calcium and iron supplements as per doctor's advice
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello weakness can be due to the deficiency and make sure to have calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet and also you should be having some calcium supplements as long as you are breastfeeding your baby and you can get it prescribed by your doctor for the same
