ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start using mamaearth onion oil for regular massage of the head abd use mild herbal shampoo and have protein rich diet like seeds nuts dates papaya lentils peas beans seasonal fruits and vegetables and start a multivitamin for 2 months
