hello m 8 weeks n 4 days pregnant it's my second pregnancy so is this means I entered my 9th week n 3rd month of pregnancy kindly reply very much confused

A. yes from 9th week your 3rd month starts. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking
