Hello it's 3 months since I had my c section delivery. Can I use abdomen belt to bind my tummy? Will it be helpful? Because I still look like I'm pregnant.

Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyYou can put aloe vera gel and see. Try to lose weight with exercise ok.that will help you sure
