Hello.. Is it ok for me to. Consume curd if my 10 day old baby has mild cold?? Plus I ve been putting nasal saline drops for her every 2nd to 4th hrly bt she still has nasal blockade.. Wat else to be done

A. yes, you can have it. avoid cold wind and cold climate. keep your baby in comfortable warm room. you msy use room humidifire increaae breast feeding.
